How to buy
All items on this site are available to buy online. Simply add the item you want to the cart by clicking on the ‘add to cart’ button within the individual product pages and complete the secure payment process.

Payment methods
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal payments.

Delivery
We aim to deliver most orders to your door within 10 working days, but during very busy periods please allow up to 20 working days for delivery.

Returns
At Sasaako we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason you can return them within 10 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched.

Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation/receipt of returned goods. We will also refund any costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of an error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
